Welcome to my page for the 2009 Memorial Day (May 25). I grilled out late this morning/early afternoon and did a pretty good job if I do say so myself. I started off with pork chops; there were so many I had two rounds of cooking them. After finishing up the chops I moved on to some corn-on-the-cob and a basket of mixed vegetables. Added to the menu were baked beans and homemade potato salad from Mother. Lunch was mid-afternoon and this evening I am still full. We have plenty of food for left overs for the next few days. Speaking of leftovers, I did grill some marinated chicken on Saturday and there are leftovers in the fridge.
